Password protected posts

Friday, 29. June 2012

The password protected posts are so that they can be reviewed before being released publicly.

They will always be made available to everyone shortly after that so STOP SPAMMING MY EMAIL WITH QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS.

Anyone I find spamming my email box from now on will be banned from the site.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I am glad to find out the reason for said posts.

  3. Anonymous Says:

This problem with this approach is that when I check my rss feeds the posts are PW protected. Then when you unprotect them they do not get reposted to the RSS feed, so I miss out on whatever was posted unless I leave the tab open and periodically check on it.

Just bringing this to your attention; maybe you hadn’t thought about it this way.

So what exactly made you decide to do this? Is it easier than your old approach or something?

is there an average time period between posting and unprotecting posts? i too am on the rss feed so any new posts are going to be protected for me. i can deal with that, but it would be helpful to know about when i should go to the page.
